Sunrise Renovations was founded by Luisnel Montenegro, an OSHA 510-certified contractor with 12 years in the trade and 10 years of experience as a project manager. He got tired of watching rushed waterproofing come back as callbacks — so with more than 500 renovations completed, the crew still runs small on purpose. The same people who quote the job are the ones who tile it, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the install.
